| 2009 Activites and Captains Custom Contest Theme: "Carousel Ponies" Prompt: Customize a G1, G2, or G3 pony into a custom representing a carousel horse. Any mediums and supplies are allowed.* Rules: 1) Pony must be customized by the person entering the contest. 2) Winners will be judged by anonymous vote 3) *Custom base may NOT be a G1 Hasbro Merry-Go-Round pony 4) Limit 2 entries per person. Captain: Skippety-Doo Contact: MLPTP | MLPA Scooter Race Collectors are invited to bring a G3 scooter as well as a pony to "drive" the scooter, for a riveting multi-heat short-distance scooter race. Rules: 1) Scooters can be original or customized, but may not be given an unfair advantage (such as an electric motor). 2) Scooters may be "driven" by an adult G1 or G3 pony. 3) Extra scooters and ponies will be available for borrowing for the race. Captain: SweetieBabyFizzy Contact: MLPTP | MLPA Pinata: A pinata not only filled with candy, but real MLP items too! Rules: 1) Kids go first 2) Swing once 3) Wear a blindfold or close your eyes. Captain: Darcerin Contact: MLPTP | MLPA "Whack-A-Fakie" In this new game, the object is to whack a fakie with some type of sporting equipment (tennis racket, bat, field hockey stick, etc). Players can toss the fakie themselves or have it pitched to them. Whoever gets the fakie to fly the farthest wins. Rules: 1) Each person gets 3 tries. 2) Play at your own risk Captain: Sailor Libra Contact: MLPTP | MLPA Coloring Contest Each person who enters will be given a copy of a MLP coloring book page, as well as pencils, markers, and crayons to color with. Rules: 1) Entry must be colored by the person entering the contest. 2) Contest will be judged by anonymous vote 3) Limit one entry per person. Captain: Hindsight Contact: MLPTP | MLPA Raffle Raffle tickets will be $1 each and will go toward supporting the cost of the meet. There is no limit to the number of tickets available to be purchased, and those who enter are eligible for more than one prize. This activity will distribute the remaining prizes on the prize table. Captain: MustBeJewel Contact: MLPTP | MLPA Live Auction There will be a brief live auction ochestrated by a certified auctioneer (Jewel's dad!).
